Key Responsibilities:

Prepare legal notices for residents and manage annual lease renewals Ensure accuracy of lease information; address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously Oversee work orders and maintain precise records using Yardi software Conduct inspections of units and facilitate move-in/move-out procedures Assist with leasing efforts, resident relations, and planning of community events Supervise operational tasks in the absence of the Property Manager Handle rent collection, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve accounting discrepancies

Position Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 2-4 years in the property management sector, ideally in an Assistant or Leasing role. Familiarity with LIHTC communities and Yardi software is preferred. Skills & Certifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous. A valid Driver's License is required.
