About the Position:

This role involves working under general direction to research, process, and enter data related to real property assessments, business personal property accounts, and manufactured housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain databases for exemptions, organizations, splits, and combinations.
  • Process property and recorded documents.
  • Provide customer service and assist with general inquiries.
  • Audit income statements and provide reports on ownership, maps, and variances.
  • Determine parcel locations and compute acreage and lot dimensions.
  • Audit accounting of business personal property schedules and assessments.
  • Track manufactured housing county-wide and maintain permit databases.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of general office experience.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license.
  • Department of Revenue Provisional training.

Desirable Skills:

  • Business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and composition.
  • Clerical office practices and procedures.
  • Research techniques and report writing.
  • Microsoft Office software.
  • Filing and recordkeeping.
