Specialized Skills and Knowledge:

Extensive technical experience with the Salesforce platform and its development. Demonstrated ability to create marketing applications that feature innovative designs and solutions. Significant hands-on experience in building integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in establishing cross-functional standards in applications, systems, and operational workflows. Proven ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to application development teams. Track record of documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Professional understanding of data security and privacy regulations. Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance practices. Technical skills in managing secure data transfers across various internal and external systems. Support for technology architectural reviews and code assessments. Ability to demonstrate technical solutions to stakeholders and end-users. Competence in analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and devising technical approaches to achieve desired outcomes. Knowledge of data modeling and a clear understanding of data structures and their interrelations.

This is influenced by several factors, including performance, experience, skills, equity, regular market evaluations, and geographical considerations. Compensation Range for this Position:

$138,800 - $231,300
