Job Title: EHS Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

The EHS Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating EHS training assignments and managing training records for all Voltyx companies. This individual will support the regional management team, supervisors, and employees by providing a high level of coordination between multiple internal and external individuals to ensure training completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all external or third-party EHS Blended Learning courses.
  • Learn and become a Subject Matter Expert on all software systems associated with training and file retention.
  • Coordinate and manage in-person EHS training classes.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the New Hire EHS employee experience and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Track New Hires to ensure completion of all training prior to beginning field operations.
  • Coordinate all external or third-party EHS E-Learning courses.
  • Assign EHS training through the company Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain all training records, including but not limited to EHS New Hire, Annual Training, etc.
  • Create and file all training records in Share Point and Badge Cert.
  • Track completion rates of all employees, to determine OSHA compliant status with Annual Training Requirements.
  • Work closely with the Voltyx Training Academy team with management of training systems.
  • Partner with HR and understand internal milestones for successful integration of employees.
  • Promote the company's Safety culture and demonstrate the EHS standard.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities as directed. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point. Ability to easily pick up on new safety software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail orientated.
