Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at La-Z-Boy Incorporated. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives across departments, leading the design and implementation of strategic projects, and collaborating with business owners to gather requirements and analyze data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the technology roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of strategic projects using the defined software development life cycle
  • Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements, analyze data, and document findings
  • Apply analytical skills to triage issues and determine optimal solutions
  • Assist with the development of functional designs, including logical data models, system interfaces, and security requirements
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions, including user acceptance testing and post-launch phase
  • Manage integration with third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end process delivery and business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business with 6-8 years of relevant experience in technology and ERP systems in the Consumer Goods industry
  • Strong data analytical abilities with hands-on experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Understanding of System Development Life Cycles and various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Ability to translate user requirements into functional specifications and end-to-end systems design
  • Strong written and verbal communication/facilitation skills
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
Compensation

$105,000 to $135,000 annual salary
