Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Director of Product Development. The individual in this role will be tasked with assessing and enhancing existing products while spearheading the creation and launch of new offerings. They will manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept through to market introduction, ensuring alignment with market demands and the company's strategic objectives. The Director will work closely with various teams, including Research & Development, production, marketing, and sales, to introduce innovative food products while upholding the highest quality standards.

  • Direct the development and enhancement of food products, emphasizing quality, innovation, and market alignment.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover consumer needs, trends, and opportunities for new product initiatives.
  • Oversee product evaluation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to refine and improve existing product lines.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Drive ongoing improvement by analyzing product performance and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure all products adhere to industry regulations and standards.
