Role Summary:
The Director of Product Management is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of product development within the Consumer Bank, which encompasses Retail Delivery (Branches, Contact Center), Small Business, SBA, Mortgage, and Consumer Lending. This role involves gaining insights into the performance and appeal of all Consumer products, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting consumer testing to identify product concerns and recommend enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a strategic plan for the product management function and manage the entire product portfolio.
2. Define and align the vision, Consumer Bank strategy, and product roadmap to meet strategic goals.
3. Foster innovation with the product team and business line stakeholders while creating relevant business cases.
4. Manage key strategic partnerships and lead contract negotiations.
5. Establish and monitor relevant KPIs, ensuring control measures are in place to achieve set objectives, including defining and implementing key initiatives.
6. Lead a product management team, motivating members to achieve continuous improvements.
7. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior colleagues.
8. Identify and promote high-potential talent within the team.
9. Manage structured workflows and expectations for existing products while adopting an innovative and collaborative approach to identify future product enhancements and introductions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Product Management).
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Product Management and team management.
- Proven track record in a product management role, responsible for developing value propositions and assessing solution viability.
- Ability to quickly learn new domains and a solid understanding of all major business components.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- Understanding of the role of a primary coach for product managers, distinct from direct product management.
- Proven ability to engage constructively with individual contributors and leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with management, senior management, Associates, and colleagues.
- Relevant Product Management education and/or certifications are desirable.
