About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our team at Plante Moran. As a key member of our tax practice, you will be responsible for leading engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance, tax planning, and tax provision projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals, with a focus on corporate engagements.
  • Lead tax provision reviews and prepare tax provisions.
  • Coach and mentor staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Develop and execute a practice development plan to drive business growth and client expansion.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, responsible for billing, realization, and collections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation.
  • CPA or bar license required.
  • 8+ years of recent relevant tax experience.
  • ASC 740 tax provision review and preparation experience.
