About the Role

In this vital position, you will support the function of the client's Fulfillment Center operations, as a member of the Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll be a key leader in running a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and Control support partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, Maintain, and Improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
  • Lead and Audit preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Install, Maintain, and Solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
  • Lead and Mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
  • Build and Close Out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Cultivate Positive Relationships with RME business partners and Operations Maintenance team members.
  • Promote a Safe Working Environment by following all safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Applicants Must Be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • 4+ Years of Experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
  • Proficient Using Computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with MHE Safety Standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
  • Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics.
  • Ability to Conduct Preventative & Procedure-Based Maintenance.
  • Experience Reading Blueprints and Schematics.
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Programs.
  • 3+ Years of Work Order Management.
  • Ability to Use and Interpret Statistical Equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly.
  • Physical Requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50lbs. or more.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Higher Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Previous Leadership Experience.
  • Previous Vendor Management Experience.
  • Experience with Robotic Maintenance.
  • Experience with CMMS.
  • Certification Preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.
