We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Sales Associate to join our team at the UPMC Events Center. As a Ticket Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting guests in purchasing and redeeming tickets to events at the UPMC Events Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process ticket orders via various aspects of the ticketing system
  • Perform accurate money and ticket reconciliations after every work shift
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
  • Perform other organizational and administrative duties as determined by management
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
