Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential family planning and reproductive health services to our patients during a critical time. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering compassionate care and support.

Compensation:
This role is classified as hourly and non-exempt.
APC I: $52.46 / hour for NP/CNM with less than one year of experience in reproductive/sexual healthcare.
APC II: $45.04 - $60.53 / hour for NP/CNM with at least one year of relevant experience or PPRM experience within the last three years.

Additional Earnings:
- $1.25 / hour for passing a conversational Spanish Fluency test.
- $25.00 / day for APCs approved to precept/train.

Work Schedule:
Approximately 40 hours per week, with benefits eligibility. Your schedule will include:
  • Monday: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Tuesday: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Wednesday: 11 AM - 7 PM
  • Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM
  • Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
*Schedule may vary based on operational needs.

Training:
We offer comprehensive training for all levels of experience in reproductive health. Expect to travel for training purposes, with all expenses covered.

Qualifications:
  • NP/CNM/APN with a minimum of one year in sexual/reproductive health.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
  • Completion of an NP or CNM educational program and certification by a national organization.
  • Possession of a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife license in Nevada or eligibility to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough health history assessments and document findings accurately.
  • Perform physical examinations, focusing on reproductive health.
  • Administer cancer screenings and diagnose sexually transmitted infections.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, providing appropriate treatment and follow-up.
  • Educate patients on reproductive health and collaborate with the healthcare team.
  • Provide comprehensive birth control education and methods.
  • Engage with male clients and participate in health center operations.
  • Contribute to abortion services through various supportive roles.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and stakeholders.

COVID-19 and Flu Protocols:
