Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to work with our clients in a travel capacity. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify respiratory-related issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with healthcare team members and patients.
