Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the center's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while safeguarding the financial health of the organization. Your role will involve achieving sales and production targets to drive profitability, while also protecting company assets, including inventory and equipment. We believe in mutual investment in success; your growth is our priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of the commercial tire center.
- Drive sales growth and profit enhancement to meet financial objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a culture of total quality management.
- Supervise and mentor center staff to maximize their potential and career advancement.
- Stay informed about competitive products and market practices.
- Utilize effective prioritization to manage workloads and meet business demands.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve shared goals.
- Guide sales personnel in customer interactions and presentations.
- Oversee safety and environmental protocols, ensuring compliance and reporting.
- Engage in various physical tasks, including lifting and manual handling of tires and equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet commercial driver qualifications.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience in commercial tire sales or service.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
- A results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
