Job Title and Salary
We're looking for a talented Simulation Software Engineer to join our Starlink GNC team. The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining our in-house vehicle dynamics simulator and improving its performance and capabilities
- Developing and implementing new features and models for the simulator
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of the simulator
- Identifying and addressing technical issues and areas for improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field, and 1+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++ development
- Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and front-end skills such as JavaScript
- Excellent software design and development skills
- Strong understanding of physics and mathematics
