Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute restoration projects in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination of job requirements.
  • Document job progress meticulously and supervise production activities from initiation to completion.
  • Uphold safety standards on-site, ensuring a secure environment for both clients and team members.
  • Foster strong relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients through effective communication.
Essential Duties:
  • Provide clear explanations of processes and address customer inquiries as necessary.
  • Monitor client needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
  • Set clear expectations for team members and supervise their performance effectively.
  • Conduct production tasks as scheduled, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify and communicate safety hazards, implementing control measures to protect all individuals on-site.
  • Resolve issues swiftly as they arise to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation to ensure comprehensive project records.
  • Manage project costs efficiently to stay within budget.
  • Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials responsibly.
  • Keep vehicles, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.
  • Engage in marketing efforts, including potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in restoration or cleaning services is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Relevant certifications (IICRC) are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for job assignments.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to various chemicals and environmental conditions.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces.
  • Repetitive physical tasks including lifting and carrying.
