OMI Inc. is on the lookout for an Entry-Level Marketing Manager. We firmly believe that exceptional businesses are built by exceptional teams. As an Entry-Level Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our experienced management and sales personnel, many of whom began their careers in the same entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with seasoned Entry-Level Marketing Managers to acquire in-depth knowledge of client engagement, project initiation, interdepartmental coordination, and overall team leadership.
  • Work alongside the Entry-Level Marketing Manager and sales team, acting as a consultant for client products or services.
  • Employ creative thinking to devise innovative solutions for client challenges, subject to approval by the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or Director.
  • Offer insights to the sales team regarding best practices in training, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a business-related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, sports, or hospitality is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to develop leadership, management, and professional skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a robust work ethic.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and efficient in task management.
