We seek professional individuals who can contribute to a collaborative and motivated team, offering vital non-clinical support to our network of affiliated dentists.
These roles are crucial in delivering non-clinical services across a diverse range of dental practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients upon their arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling, including rescheduling and cancellations
- Assist patients in completing necessary documentation
- Prepare patient charts and daily schedules for dental staff
- Update patient records and document recent treatments as required
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and send reminders
- Communicate with insurance providers to clarify patient benefits
- Verify and collect co-payments
- Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions
- Perform general office tasks as assigned by the Office Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient satisfaction
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with dental management software, preferably Dentrix
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols, privacy regulations, and maintain a secure working environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of dental terminology
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- General office activities as needed
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
