You will also assist with financial arrangements for treatment and provide patients with information about services and payment options.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting: Develop a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
- Guiding: Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and payment options.
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing our dental care services and treat them with respect and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
Compensation:
$17 - $20 per hour.
