We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nurse Resident to join our team at West Valley Medical Center. Our Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources necessary to succeed as a registered nurse, with a focus on advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders.

Competitive Compensation Package

The estimated hourly wage for this role is $32.00 - $45.95, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health, and telemedicine services, as well as wellbeing support, time away from work programs, savings and retirement resources, and education support.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. You will work collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient condition, performing procedures, monitoring, and documenting care in the patient medical record.
