Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Caldwell, Idaho.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is around $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As a Urology Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. Your duties will include assisting providers with procedures such as cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, bladder injections, and minor surgeries like vasectomies. You will also perform in-office chemotherapy for bladder cancer, place and exchange catheters, and provide minor wound care.

Your patients will come from all adult groups, offering a diverse range of cases and the opportunity to form long-term relationships with them.

Work Schedule

You can expect a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with potential for 4/10-hour shifts after an initial 120-day period. Our clinic is closed on weekends and major holidays, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing degree and current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position.
