About the Opportunity

Ripple Fiber is seeking an experienced Associate Corporate Counsel to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to various business functions, including employment law, litigation, and administrative regulatory law.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in corporate law; telecommunications or regulatory compliance experience a plus.

Key Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with various business units.
  • Experience with legal research tools and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
  • Familiarity with FCC regulations is a plus.
