Job Overview:

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a seasoned QA Data Expert with a strong focus on regulatory compliance to lead our data testing efforts. About the Position:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Data Testing Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of data testing to ensure compliance and data accuracy for regulatory audits. This includes developing and implementing testing strategies, coordinating testing processes, and overseeing the creation, execution, and validation of test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies for 400+ data components.
  • Coordinate testing processes, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and validation of test scripts to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding testing progress and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all testing deliverables meet regulatory requirements and deadlines.
