Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to provide high-quality support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
The caregiver role involves caring for clients on an individual basis, teaching skills of independent living, and socializing them within their community. This may include tasks such as self-care, behavior management, budgeting, cooking, shopping, and cleaning. You will have the flexibility to work with 1 or more clients, collaborating with their families and our agency to create a stable weekly schedule that meets their needs and desired outcomes.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our caregivers receive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
