Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal upkeep of our facilities at The Arc Wayne Key Industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing maintenance systems, including HVAC and boiler operations
- Supervising facilities staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Overseeing inventory management for supplies and equipment
- Collaborating with contractors as necessary
- Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment
- Maintaining strong customer service and professional relationships with staff and stakeholders
- Performing additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with a minimum of two years' experience in residential and commercial maintenance or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Possession of a valid New York State Driver License that complies with agency standards
The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate program needs.
