About Ellie Mental Health
We are a rapidly expanding mental health clinic seeking dedicated, Licensed Therapists to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will possess the necessary qualifications, demonstrate empathy, and have the experience to support their clients effectively. We are open to both part-time and full-time roles, with preference given to those available during evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess mental health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation as per company standards.
- For full-time roles, maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits weekly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs.
- Employ innovative strategies to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Prepare and submit session documentation in accordance with company protocols.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as necessary.
- Attend clinical meetings and training sessions regularly.
- Complete all required training and certifications.
- Monitor client progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine eligibility and treatment needs.
- Provide therapy aimed at alleviating symptoms of severe mental illness and enhancing daily living skills.
- Participate in the formulation of client treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff, demonstrating cultural competence.
- Meet productivity standards consistently.
- Uphold ethical standards in all professional activities.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Current clinical license in Texas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurability under company policies.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
  • Timely documentation of services.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Encouragement for BIPOC and LGBTQ candidates to apply.
  • Experience in specialized therapeutic techniques is a plus.
