Our mission is to empower patients to regain their independence and achieve their personal recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient well-being through therapeutic exercises and the utilization of assistive devices.
  • Effectively communicate patient progress and any concerns to supervisors and interdisciplinary team members; provide guidance to family members and nursing staff on care protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure that equipment and workspaces are kept in a safe and hygienic condition.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and relevant professional and legal standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
