Ellie Mental Health is seeking dedicated, Licensed Therapists to contribute to our mission. Our organization is expanding rapidly, and we have openings for both part-time and full-time roles. Availability during evenings and weekends is a plus. Partnering with our corporate headquarters, we provide essential administrative support, including scheduling, client matching, billing, and continuing education programs. This allows our clinicians to dedicate more time to their clients, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assess mental health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation as per company standards.
• For full-time roles, maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits weekly.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our community mission.
• Employ innovative strategies to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel as necessary.
• Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions.
• Complete all required training and monitor client progress towards treatment goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine eligibility and treatment needs.
• Provide therapy aimed at alleviating symptoms of severe mental illness and enhancing daily living skills.
• Engage in the treatment planning process for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating cultural competence.
• Meet productivity standards on a weekly basis.
• Uphold ethical standards in all professional activities.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives.


Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

  • Active clinical license in Texas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurability under company policies.
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques.
  • Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with diverse client populations.
  • Timely completion of documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Specialized training in areas such as EMDR or play therapy is a plus.
