Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing various nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures
  • Receive and prepare radioactive materials, maintaining accurate radiation records
  • Operate nuclear medicine cameras and equipment, adhering to established radiation safety protocols
  • Perform related duties, including scheduling, charging exams, and taking emergency after-hours calls
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program or radiologic technology school
  • Current license with the State of Texas, ARRT, and/or NMTCB
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
  • 1 year of previous experience in a hospital environment, preferably in nuclear medicine
