Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist ARRT PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and interpret diagnostic images using various imaging modalities.
  • Scan and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve quality assurance issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal image quality.
  • Release images to radiologists in a timely manner to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
  • Verify and enter orders accurately to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
  • Transport patients as needed to ensure their comfort and safety.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited or registered School of Radiology.
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT).
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
  • One year of previous experience in a hospital environment, preferably in radiology.
