About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures, including counting cash, processing deposits, and maintaining store inventory.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, cashier, or retail experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
