Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Neuro PCU Progressive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Neuro PCU Progressive Care Unit team in Temple, Texas.

About the Role:

This 38-bed telemetry monitored nursing unit provides a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients. As a Neuro PCU RN, you will practice within a team nursing model, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and teamwork in delivering safe, quality, and compassionate patient care.

Unit Highlights:
  • 4-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
  • Award-winning Comprehensive Stroke Center certified through Joint Commission
Primary Conditions of Service:
  • Hemicraniectomy
  • Aneurysm Clip and Coils
  • Glioblastomas
  • Carotid Endarterectomy
  • TIA
  • Stroke – Hemorrhagic and Ischemic
  • Neurosurgery
  • Seizures
  • Brain Mass

Qualifications:
  • Grad of an Accredited Program
  • Specialized field of study should be nursing
  • A current and valid nursing license
  • Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
