Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Controllership team with billing and revenue tasks for client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter invoices into the billing system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pull additional backup for payment processing, including expense receipts and billing history.
  • Assist in running monthly reports for case managers.
  • Prepare journal entries to reclassify misallocated expenses.
  • Support the Accounting Manager with additional projects, such as time-sheet review, expense analysis, and internal/external audits.
Requirements
  • Billing and Invoicing Knowledge: Familiarity with billing systems and invoicing processes specific to finance or accounting.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in entering data and reviewing financial documents.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze expenses, run reports, and identify discrepancies in financial records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various levels of staff.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles to support journal entry preparation and expense allocation.
