Automated Welding Specialist
The Automated Welding Specialist is tasked with the upkeep and maintenance of a fleet of 40-50 robotic systems that fabricate components for a variety of automotive models.
This role requires proficiency in utilizing a FANUC teach pendant, diagnosing issues with robotic resistance and spot welding equipment, along with performing limited hydraulic and electrical tasks.
The specialist will also engage with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), with a preference for candidates possessing experience in robotic MIG welding, spot welding, and material handling.
Essential Skills:
- Operation of FANUC teach pendant
- Troubleshooting robotic resistance and spot welding systems
- Management of HMIs and PLCs
- Experience in robotic MIG, spot welding, and material handling
- Maintenance of pneumatic systems
- Basic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting
Interpersonal Skills:
- Effective troubleshooting abilities
- Preventative maintenance knowledge
Employment Type: This is a permanent role.
