Facilities Maintenance Specialist

At Proof Fitness Holdings LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clubhouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily cleanup of the facility, including general cleaning, equipment maintenance, and trash removal.
- Ensure that the clubhouse is continually neat and organized, with all weights re-racked and equipment in its proper place.
- Keep the maintenance room organized and fully stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service to members at all times.
- Work when scheduled and adhere to company attendance policies.
- Properly log all maintenance concerns that are reported.
- Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Attend all required training sessions and meetings.
- Report all maintenance issues to the General Manager.
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns or report any concerns or complaints to the General Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Generate, maintain, and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills and mentality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
Required Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- Minimum of six months related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
Physical Requirements:
- Position duties require daily standing, walking, sitting, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. This position also uses cleaning supplies and tall cleaning utensils.
