**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Lead to join our team at Planet Home Lending, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan management and be able to effectively lead and manage the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and producing reports for all loan functions, identifying data discrepancies within current loan portfolio and incoming loan populations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and produce reports for all loan functions.
  • Identify data discrepancies within current loan portfolio and incoming loan populations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum five years loan management experience required.
  • Familiarity with loan management software and systems preferred.

Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
