Job Title: Associate Manager of Procurement Center of Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our Procurement Center of Excellence team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for managing processes and technologies within Ariba to enable procurement activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-7 processes used by the Procurement organization, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
  • Oversee stakeholder and supplier interaction with processes, and partner with them to ensure adherence to processes, drive change, identify opportunities, and ensure value realization of tools/systems.
  • Develop and refine existing processes and develop new processes for changing business conditions or efficiency requirements.
  • Provide support and training in Ariba technologies to procurement and internal stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement processes and management methodologies.
  • Experience with procurement technologies (SAP, contract management systems, e-sourcing systems, supplier management systems, and others).
  • Procurement certification, process certifications, or technology certifications (preferred).
