About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casino Representative to join our team at Bally's Dover Casino Resort. As a Casino Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff the Players Club booths and assist with executing all efforts of the Marketing department.
  • Enter data into the ACSC computer program to create new Players Club accounts and update existing ones.
  • Answer guest inquiries related to their Players Club account and provide expert knowledge of the facility.
  • Recognize and build relationships with frequent guests and identify opportunities to increase player engagement.
  • Assist with promotions, events, and Call Center activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and ability to learn various computer systems and programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
