Assistant Baker Job Description

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're seeking a skilled Assistant Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality cakes are consistently created for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Baker to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow proprietary recipes and production methods with precision, utilizing commercial-grade equipment and tools.
  • Assist with daily baking and production flow, adhering to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:
