Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers, to prepare menu items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock and waste.
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 months of cooking experience, preferably with a focus on grilling.
  • Demonstrable knife skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Certification (Servsafe) preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
