  • Coordinating emergency operations and maintaining essential communication during critical situations.
  • Managing inventory data and overseeing equipment maintenance.
  • Ensuring environmental compliance through materials testing.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in interpreting contracts and technical specifications related to highway maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices and maintenance techniques.
  • Physical capability to perform demanding manual tasks.
  • Competence in utilizing computer software for data management.
  • Familiarity with inspection protocols and materials testing.
  • Ability to supervise and guide the work of others effectively.
  • Must obtain necessary certifications within specified timeframes.

Additional Considerations:
  • Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
  • Experience in construction management or related fields is advantageous.
  • Certifications in safety and environmental standards are beneficial.
