- Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Conducting thorough inspections and maintaining detailed documentation of construction and maintenance processes.
- Evaluating performance metrics and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinating emergency operations and maintaining essential communication during critical situations.
- Managing inventory data and overseeing equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring environmental compliance through materials testing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in interpreting contracts and technical specifications related to highway maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices and maintenance techniques.
- Physical capability to perform demanding manual tasks.
- Competence in utilizing computer software for data management.
- Familiarity with inspection protocols and materials testing.
- Ability to supervise and guide the work of others effectively.
- Must obtain necessary certifications within specified timeframes.
Additional Considerations:
- Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
- Experience in construction management or related fields is advantageous.
