Job Summary:
Foxfire Property Management is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Government Assisted Housing Community Manager. This position requires a strong background in managing government-assisted housing properties, with a focus on compliance with USDA-RD and HUD Housing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of four properties in New Hampshire, comprising approximately 75 apartments.
- Review and process monthly MINC and HAP requests.
- Conduct regular audits and review monthly financial reports to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets for each property.
- Process certifications and evictions, as well as attend court hearings as necessary.
- Prepare and execute leases for residents.
- Maintain accurate waitlists for prospective residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, prospective residents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing government-assisted housing properties, with a strong understanding of USDA-RD and HUD Housing regulations.
- COS or Star certification, MINC, TRACS, and Boston Post software proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
