J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is seeking an exceptional customer service ambassador to deliver the highest-quality customer experience possible. This full-time, on-site, in-office role is based in Jacksonville, FL.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to receive high volume inbound customer service calls to schedule appointments for estimates, service, inspections, responding to emails, incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Schedule appointments for technicians and ensure timely arrival.
  • Promote and sell new and additional products/services when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database accordingly.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year consecutive call center experience (preferably in HVAC or Home Services industry)
  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive pay ($45,000 - $55,000 per year) and benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, bonuses, spiffs, incentives, paid vacation, paid holidays, and ongoing training and education. With our company, there is room to grow for the right candidate looking to be compensated well.
