Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on commissioning progress.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Have a good understanding of MEP commissioning systems and data center commissioning.
    • Be able to interpret contract documents, owner project requirements, drawings, specifications, system schematics, sequence of operations, MEP scopes of work and project schedule.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5+ years of commissioning experience.
    • Minimum of 4+ years of data center experience.
  • Certifications
    • NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certificates are ideal.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to climb permanent/temporary stairs and climb/use ladders.
    • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 45 pounds.
