Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Managers and Delivery Personnel to implement sales and merchandising strategies.
  • Oversee the daily execution of sales support activities, including display construction, point-of-sale placement, product rotation, and pricing accuracy.
  • Employ current thematic point-of-sale materials when creating and maintaining displays.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with retailers to enhance the Company’s reputation.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Understand and advocate for proper shelf space management in accordance with Company standards, ensuring accurate pricing, rotation, and merchandising.
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Verify account pricing and communicate any discrepancies to the account manager or relevant parties in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong persuasive and influencing abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment, including dollies.
  • Capability to regularly handle 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance are necessary.
