Job Summary

As a Sales Support Specialist at Superior Central Bev Master, you will play a crucial role in executing sales and merchandising plans, building displays, and rotating products to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising plans.
  • Responsible for daily execution of sales support initiatives, including building displays, placing POS, rotating products, and ensuring proper pricing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers to promote a positive Company image.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand and promote proper shelf space management according to Company standards.

Requirements
  • Previous sales and/or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards.
  • Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases on a regular basis.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
