Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various aspects of the sales process. This includes preparing and processing sale invoices, titles, and motor vehicle forms, as well as verifying funds and preparing requests for payoffs. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will process and obtain dealer titles for all resale units, maintain inventory files, and process warranty and service contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process sale invoices, titles, and motor vehicle forms
  • Verify funds and prepare requests for payoffs
  • Process and obtain dealer titles for all resale units
  • Maintain inventory files for all incoming and outgoing sale units
  • Process warranty and service contracts for sold units
  • Maintain and renew dealer registration plates and DOT contracts

Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
