Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a leading role in the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects, offering guidance and direction to project teams.
  • Ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved in project results, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise land development initiatives, including design, client collaboration, permitting, and construction oversight.
  • Effectively communicate project status and accomplishments to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are well-informed and engaged.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that project results meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in the design of water and sanitary sewer utilities, street stormwater conveyance, stormwater management systems, grading, and erosion control plans is essential.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation/GeoPak.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
