We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager in Land Development. Our client is a reputable civil engineering firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to take on a leadership role in our Land Development team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of land development projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • PE License preferred; will also consider an EIT
  • 2-15+ years relevant experience in land development
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is REQUIRED
  • Ability to get along with team members at all levels
  • Experience with grading, drainage, erosion control, utility design, and other land development techniques
