About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to lead and execute complex civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in design and project management to drive project success.

  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budgets, and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with local and remote teams, including engineers and construction professionals, to ensure effective communication and cross-functional team management.
  • Design and Innovation: Apply technical expertise to drive innovation, optimize designs, and ensure engineering principles are effectively applied.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly interact and coordinate with local, regional, and national clients to ensure project success.
About You:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an appropriate technical field.
  • You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • You have experience managing multi-disciplined teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, and are well-organized.
  • You have experience in client development and proposal writing.
  • You possess a strong work ethic and ability to work as a TEAM player.
