Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring the proper storage of maintenance supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and implementing safety protocols.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents, ensuring they are safe and welcoming.
  • Ensure the proper storage of all maintenance supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
  • Assist team members in setting up activities and events at the community.
Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $22.25 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and additional incentives.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in maintenance, housekeeping, and/or janitorial work.
  • A positive attitude and a love of working with people.
  • A willingness to be busy with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
